NECESSARY MATERIALS

For dough;
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams)
2 cups of warm water (400 ml)
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams)
1.5 teaspoons of salt (15 grams)
1 glass of oil (180 ml)
6 cups flour (720 grams)

For the filling;
Cheddar cheese (200 grams)

To find;
2 cups of sesame seeds (250 grams)
2 tablespoons of molasses (60 grams)
1 tea glass of water (90 ml)
